This project deals with the role of the media in observing and describing existing problems concerning human rights violations and discrimination against excluded groups and minorities. It aims to increase the sensitivity of both those creating and those receiving journalistic content. We launch a School of Solutions Journalism, which will equip novice journalists with tools that will help them create reliable materials on discrimination and human rights.

The aim of the project is to prevent family violence as well as to socially and vocationally activate women in a difficult life situation. For women and families in crisis, we conduct therapeutic workshops, psychological and legal consultations. Support groups are initiated and career counselling provided. We also develop an information brochure on counteracting family violence. We set up the ‘Women's Academy’ – a series of activation meetings.

The project is addressed to women from the Lublin Province who are at risk of unequal treatment in social and professional life. 20 women take part in a series of trainings aimed at developing their leadership skills. They learn how to be conscious, effective and proactive leaders, and how to develop assertiveness, self-confidence and care for personal well-being. We conduct a social campaign aimed at disseminating information on gender equality, diversity, counteracting discrimination, and promoting women's leadership.

Our project’s goal is to promote the idea of self-governance among young people and to increase their activity in the Pełczyce Municipality by establishing a Youth Communal Council. We conduct information and recruitment meetings for young people as well as a series of educational working meetings. We will submit an application to establish a Youth Communal Council. We carry out educational weekends for representatives of the Youth Communal Council, and support the Council’s activities.

As part of the project, we want to establish a Youth Council and a Senior Council in the Lipie Commune. We carry out educational workshops for seniors and youth on volunteering and the functioning of the Councils of Seniors and Councils of Youth, together with a trip workshop on the development of social skills. We also hold workshops on intergenerational initiatives, during which drafts of 5 joint initiatives for the natural environment will be developed, and then implemented. We create a local map of intergenerational problems and needs, and publish a publication to promote a good practice.

As part of the project, we provide support to 40 homeless persons who currently live in the emergency shelter in Niewiesza. We want to teach the homeless how to claim their rights effectively in various life situations. We implement a programme of organised volunteering preceded by thematic workshops and individual support. We also establish an institution of an Ombudsman for the homeless, who provides individual advice, we carry out an information campaign.
