Within the project we use crisis coaching in activities addressed to 24 carers of children and young people with autism, we also conduct workshops for them on communication and volunteering. We organise travel workshops on volunteering and environmental education for older children and teenagers with autism. A group of children, young people with autism and their carers, prepared in this way, will act as ‘eco-volunteers’ for the local community.

Within the project we conduct educational activities on how to prevent discrimination and respond to sexual harassment and abuse at universities. We want to raise awareness of the problem among a wide group of recipients, provide them with reliable knowledge and show them how to react quickly to situations of violence and harassment at universities. We conduct 15 anti-discrimination workshops and 5 webinars. We create an educational spot and promote it widely.

The aim of the project is to support the political emancipation of women as well as to promote and strengthen their voice. As part of the project, we arrange meeting places for female candidates in the forthcoming parliamentary elections to meet with those electing their representatives. We launch the ‘The Electoral Compass’ platform, which allows people running for election to register their political profiles, and voters to get to know male and female candidates better. We hold a series of debates and workshops.

The aim of the project is to counteract discrimination against LGBT+ people in smaller towns in the Lesser Poland Province. Within the project we conduct a 42-hour training for 2 groups, whose program includes workshops: anti-discrimination, assertiveness, communication and leadership skills, sexuality and psychosocial functioning of LGBT+ people, inclusive language. People participating in the project benefit from 3 hours of individual mentoring.

In this project we want to encourage the residents of the city of Glowno to co-create a friendly green city in cooperation with the managers of public areas. We conduct trainings on the principles of good greenery management. Together with primary school students, we create first flower meadows in Glowno. We organize a debate with the participation of residents, officials and experts. We also elaborate an appeal to the authorities of Glowno with about 500 signatures.

Our project is aimed at people with disabilities, in particular deaf people. We conduct therapeutic and developmental workshops for them and provide psychological support to help them develop various competences to improve their quality of life. Hearing children of deaf parents are taught the Polish Sign Language. We also carry out an educational campaign, and in cooperation with local NGOs, we establish the ‘Coalition against Violence’.
