In this project we network activists from equality organisations, strengthen groups working locally for human rights and disseminate knowledge about gender equality. Local groups meet in four towns in Silesia region and prepare a social campaign. We organise meetings with experts, important feminist figures and a summer activist camp. Initiative groups carry out mini projects in their communities. We are preparing a Gender Equality Plan.

The problem addressed by this project is the unequal treatment of women in the health professions and their discrimination in the workplace. As part of the project, we provide legal and psychological consultations for women working in medical surgical specialties who experience discrimination, harassment or mobbing in their workplace. We are developing a handbook for women working in health care, preparing a website and a conference.

In this project, we are raising citizens’ awareness and empathy about the inequalities of children and young people with special educational needs. We conclude volunteer agreements with six people representing the Youth Parliament of the West Pomeranian Province and provide training for them. We organise animation meetings, implementing an educational camp, as well as information and education campaigns for local school communities.

The aim of the project is to increase residents' social participation in Chełmińskie Przedmieście, which is a neighbourhood in the City of Toruń, and to (re)construct their local identity. We are developing a case study preceded by research and workshops for residents and the participants of the District Council. The documents will be used to develop recommendations and a proposal for public consultation on the functioning of district councils in the City of Toruń.

The aim of the project is to strengthen the competences of youth councillors and other young people (aged 15-19) in Chojnice, and to increase the recognition of the Youth Municipality Council as an institution representing local youth. In this project we teach children and professionals in the Lublin Province how to protect their boundaries and defend themselves. We are developing and testing a game called 'Red Light on Your Boundary' whose aim is to develop children's boundaries protection skills in a constructive and socially acceptable way. In addition, we are organising an online conference "Personal Boundaries - setting them, or educating?", running workshops and carrying out educational initiatives for children.
