Waste management is one of the key challenges for environmental protection in Poland. The aim of our project is to find out the actual state of municipal waste management in selected municipalities and to support the development of solutions to the diagnosed problems. In cooperation with volunteers, we will carry out citizen monitoring of municipal waste management in 9 municipalities. We will support the selected 4 municipalities in developing adequate waste management systems.

The aim of the project is to prepare refugee women to carry out self-advocacy activities in areas where they experience unequal treatment or discrimination. Within the project refugee women will take part in lectures, workshops, study visits and a bicycle ride. Together we will develop a self-advocacy guide for migrant women and a script for a film about the reasons for female migration and barriers to adaptation in the country of refuge. The film will feature refugee women who will be co-authors of the script.

The aim of the project is to increase the availability and effectiveness of psychological support for families in the Wielkopolska Region with children aged 0-7 experiencing or at risk of emotional violence in the family. Children and their families will be offered psychological counseling, take part in workshops and therapeutic groups. Professionals working with families in need of help will be provided with training, supervision and consultation.

This is an orientation and adaptation project in which we would like to make it easier for people with migration experience to live independently in Poland, especially in the city of Poznan and the Greater Poland Province. Our goal is to provide equal opportunities and empowerment to the group of migrants and to integrate them into the host society. For people with migration experience we will provide Polish language learning combined with information and orientation workshops explaining functioning of the state and local environment.

In our project, we want to examine whether the decisions of the City Council of Lodz on waste management are consistent with the EU guidelines and the Polish law. We will monitor the law concerning waste management in Lodz. We will elaborate a report with conclusions and recommendations. We will organize a training for officials on good governance and transparency, and a study visit to Iceland. The project is implemented in partnership with 3 organizations: Landvern from Iceland, Ecoteca from Romania and the Federation of Greens Cracow Group Association.

The aim of the project is to increase civic involvement at the local level through participatory intersectoral cooperation between self-governments, NGOs, entrepreneurs and inhabitants in the development of two local policies in the area of tourism for the Sławno County and the Szczecin Metropolitan Area. We will organise two conferences, training-consulting workshop for local leaders as well as study visits. We will carry out a participatory process of developing local tourism policies.
