In the project we deal with the problem of light pollution which, although little known in Poland, is considered as one of the very fast developing threats to the natural environment (the so-called ‘ecology of the night’). In Norway and Slovenia there have been national laws addressing this issue for a long time. Unfortunately, in Poland there are no such laws. The aim of the project is to maintain and support the grassroots idea of of Sopotnia Wielka residents.
