In this project we want to increase the engagement of residents of the Grunwaldzki Square housing estate in the City of Wrocław in shaping their immediate surroundings. We create a group of local leaders, and conduct workshops. The residents are mappping the public space of the estate, taking into account its infrastructure and the state of natural environment. The local leaders develop and consult project proposals for participatory budgeting. A selected project are submitted to the Wrocław Civic Budget and its promotional campaign will be carried out.

The aim of the project is to provide comprehensive support for migrants from the Pomerania region as well as to help their widely understood integration into Polish society. We will provide the target group with educational, informational, integrative and activating support as well as specialized counselling. The Słupsk City Council of Immigrants will be established – a consultative and advisory body for shaping migration policies. We will organise self-defence classes and personal development workshops.

In this project, we will create 12 teams consisting of employees of cultural institutions and involve them in the process of consultation with residents in accordance with the idea of co-creation. We will train people engaged in the project in inclusive consultation techniques and methods of researching the experience of recipients. In addition, as part of the project we want to promote a co-creative approach to consulting the programmes of public cultural institutions.

The aim of the project is to provide systemic support to the community of foreigners living in the City of Bielsko-Biała. We will set up the School of Cross-cultural Assistants, conduct two editions of a training session for 30 cross-cultural assistants and enable them to start work in schools or kindergartens attended by the largest number of foreigners. We will offer the assistants foreign language teaching. In cooperation with students and teachers we will organize cross-cultural mini-festivals.

In this project we want to improve early detection of cases of violence against children in the family (or situations of high risk of such violence) by implementing local child protection policies in selected 15 municipalities in the Silesian Province. We are developing a methodology for early detection of cases of violence against children or situations of high risk of such violence. We conduct trainings, supervision, meetings and conferences.

The aim of the project is to prevent family violence at the earliest possible stage – when it is still in its infancy, in the form of a conflict. The project consists in offering various forms of support for families in coping with conflict situations, so that aggressive behaviour and consequently violence does not occur. We will carry out consultations for parents and workshops improving parents' competences in accompanying their children in conflict using the minimediation method.
