The speaker was Ewa Marciniak-Mikulewicz – legal counsel with over 20 years of professional experience, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the University of Warsaw and personal data protection law at the Kozmiński University. Associated with FRSI since 2013. She provides legal advisory services to NGOs and their beneficiaries and also deals with commercial law companies. She advises on a wide range of day-to-day activities, with a particular focus on intellectual property and new technology issues.
The webinar was hosted by Bogna Mrozowska – member of the communication team of the Active Citizens Fund – Regional Programme, working for the Information Society Development Foundation.
