The aim of the project is to engage young people from the city of Koszalin in the affairs of the city and to create space for them to decide about their immediate environment. The most important activities include: workshops dedicated to different types of civic activity, volunteering and self-governance, workshops on creating ideas for the school participatory budget, and a summimg up event in each school participating in the project.

Within the project we would like to create and develop a network of cooperation between experts in the field of human rights and business. We will prepare educational materials in Polish and Ukrainian. We will conduct a study visit to Iceland and a workshop on ethical principles of cooperation between NGOs and business. We will carry out a Summer Academy, a series of thematic webinars, prepare a publication and hold a concluding conference.

The project aims to improve the mental health of the LGBTQ+ people by providing them with individual support and psychoeducational empowerment. We also want to increase the knowledge and develop the skills of professionals working with people from the LGBTQ+ community in the areas of health, social welfare and education. The project will provide assistance to non-heteronormative people in the form of crisis support or short-term therapy (100h) and 15 hours of supervision for psychotherapists.

The aim of the project is to increase knowledge and awareness of the rights of people with disabilities who are at risk of discrimination. As part of the project, a website will be created with a map on which places with good practices for preventing discrimination against people with disabilities will be marked. We will carry out educational activities, including anti-discrimination training. We will launch a social campaign under the slogan ‘A Day of Dignity’. We will set up a Social Council and create an 'Ask an Expert' consultation point for people with disabilities.

The project addresses the need to involve foreigners living in the City of Lodz in civic activities and to raise awareness of residents’ rights. We will launch the ‘Resident's Academy’, which will include training on migrants' rights and a Polish language course for foreigners. We will create Intercultural Neighbourhood Activity Zones, through which we will strengthen neighbourhood integration. We will organise seminars and set up a team to include foreigners in city policies in Lodz.

The project aims to strengthen the role of youth municipal councils in shaping local and school climate policies. We will conduct training, thanks to which we will strengthen the competences of 6 youth municipal councils and their tutors in the field of participation mechanisms and climate challenges. Young people, in cooperation with the inhabitants, will carry out climate audits in schools, community climate debates and will prepare legislative initiatives, and thus they will gain real influence on the local climate policy.
