The second call for applications for bilateral and regional initiatives runs from April 4th to April 30th, 2024. Under the call, Polish civil society organisations can obtain funding for the implementation of international initiatives for the exchange of knowledge and experiences.
Have you implemented a project with a foreign partner under one of the Active Citizens Fund Programmes? Would you like to take stock of what went well and what did not go as planned and expected? We are encouraging you to participate in a workshop aimed at summarising foreign cooperation.
We invite representatives of non-governmental organisations working on counter-radicalisation and dialogue across divides as well as dealing with local/social memory and commemoration to participate in the study visit in Norway.
Join us in 5-day training in dialogue facilitation according to the methodology developed by the Nansen Center for Peace and Dialogue (Nansen Fredssenter) in Norway, based on openness towards others and respect for differences. The workshops will take place in October in Warsaw and Gdansk.
The second hackathon of the Active Citizens Fund – Regional Programme, named ‘For the young and with the young’ will take place on 12-13 April in Krakow. It will be attended by 11 teams.
Submit your team to participate in the second Active Citizens Fund – Regional Programme’s hackathon by 12 March. During the event, you will be working on the problem you would like to solve, receive the support from our experts and have the chance to win prizes worth up to PLN 8,000.

How do we ensure accessibility of our activities, including for people with disabilities? We held a series of webinars introducing the idea of DEI to non-governmental organisations. On 19 March 2024 (Tuesday) from 10:00 to 11:30, we will host a webinar on creating agreements with employees and volunteers in NGOs.
In the approaching spring, the Active Citizens Hackathons will be held again. In April and May 2024, we will invite you again to take part in the events where the service design method is used to find solutions to specific challenges in your local communities.

On 13-15 November 2023, we met in Warsaw for the event ‘CSOs at the forefront of refugees support – common challenges and solutions’. The meeting was attended by more than a hundred people representing CSOs from more than a dozen countries.
