We have awarded 2 grants within the 2nd round of the ongoing call for intervention projects under the Active Citizens Funf – Regional Programme. Find out the details about the evaluation of proposals submitted by 20 January 2023.

We have finalized the evaluation of project proposals submitted between 22 December 2022 and 20 January 2023 in the 2nd round of the call for intervention projects. 49 of the 52 applications met eligibility criteria and were sent for content-related evaluation.

By the decision of the Executive Committee, we have awarded two grants in Area 3: Building democratic culture and civic engagement at local level (for the total amount of 29,983.75 EUR).

The total amount of funding awarded for intervention projects in the 2nd round of the call is 74,976.66 EUR.

In accordance with the call for proposals, the intervention projects may be financed if they comply with the Programme definition of intervention, the objectives of the Programme and the area of support selected by the Applicant and if they obtained at least 75% of the score available. Due to the limited amount earmarked for the call, not all of the proposals scoring above this threshold are able to receive funding.

The Applicants can find the scores and evaluation sheets in the Electronic Grant Application and Management System (EGAMS).

Congratulations to all the organisations whose projects were approved for funding! In the coming days you will receive to your email (indicated in the EGAMS) all the information about further steps required to sign the grant contract.

Organisations that have not received a grant and are considering resubmitting an application in the call are encouraged to read the material “How to create a good quick response (intervention) proposal?”, as well as to participate in the webinar and Q&A session “Call for intervention projects – good practice and common mistakes”.

The 2nd round of the call for intervention projects will run until 22 May 2023 at 12.00 (unless the funds allocated to the call run out before then), and the closest date after which proposals will go for evaluation is 21 March 2023. More information about the call.
