Anti-discrimination standards in NGOs

On February 14, 2024, we held a webinar on anti-discrimination and responding to discrimination in NGOs. The recording is now available to watch.

This is the second webinar in the ‘Diverse community, diverse team, inclusive organization’ series.

The speaker: Karolina Kędziora – legal adviser. She has been co-leading the Polish Society of Anti-Discrimination Law. Certified anti-discrimination trainer, a trainer in the Council of Europe’s Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals Programme. Co-author of numerous publications on legal protection against discrimination and mobbing. Since 2008, as an expert, she has been advising business, authorities, social organisations and universities on effective forms of counteracting discrimination, sexual harassment and mobbing. From 2016 to 2020, she was a member of the Human Rights Law Commission of the National Council of Legal Advisers. In 2013, she was nominated for the Forbes Professionals Award. Winner in the ‘Lawyer Pro Bono 2017’ Contest (1st honorable mention) and the ‘Golden Paragraph for the Best Legal Advisor 2017′, Equality Leader of the Mazovian Province in the ’16 Equality Leaders 2021’ plebiscite.
