Applicants whose applications were not proceeded to further content-related evaluation could appeal against the administrative and eligibility check. The results of the appeals are published below.

In the 2nd call for thematic projects within the Active Citizens – Regional programme, a total number of 668 applications were submitted, including 338 for large grants and 330 for small grants. 306 applications for the large grants and 294 applications for the small grants were sent for content-related evaluation.

35 Applicants appealed against the administrative and eligibility assessment. After the appeals were taken into account, 13 applications were allowed for content-related evaluation, including 5 applications for large grants and 8 applications for small grants.

The evaluation sheets of applications that were not accepted for the content-related evaluation were sent to Applicants by email. Applicants had the opportunity to appeal against the administrative and eligibility assessment (according to the procedure described on page 62 of the first part of the Manual for Applicants and Grant Recipients):

  • Within 5 working days from the date of dispatching by the Operator of the information about the rejection of an application, the Applicant may appeal against this decision by sending an e-mail to the following address: odwolania.aofr@frdl.org.pl. Appeals sent after this deadline will not be considered.
  • The appeal should contain an application number, the name of the organisation (Applicant) and a justification.
  • Appeals will be reviewed by the Operator within 10 working days of receipt.
  • Decision on acceptance or rejection of an appeal against the administrative and eligibility check is made by the Programme Director in consultation with the Programme Team for the administrative and eligibility assessment.

Justifications for the acceptance and rejection of the appeals were sent by e-mail.
We congratulate all Applicants whose applications were accepted for the content-related evaluation and wish them good luck at the next stage (results of which will be announced by 19 July).
