The aim of the project is to involve at least 150 residents of three villages - Różańsko, Rychnów and Chłopowo - in working out long-term development plans for these villages and initiating their implementation with the communities. We are running a social campaign promoting the idea of participation and involvement. An "under every roof" conference will be held, and a study trip.

The main goal of the project is to increase youth’s civic and social participation and engage the residents in local policies concerning ecology and the idea of zero waste and less waste in the Greater Poland Province. As part of the project, we set up 20 School Eco-Leader Clubs and carry out comprehensive educational activities and volunteer actions, involving various groups of beneficiaries: school students, teachers, local government officials and the local community.

The aim of the project is to increase the residents' influence on local policies and to revive and strengthen the idea of civic energy in small and medium-sized towns. we are implementing an information campaign and conduct a series of educational meetings. We carry out a diagnosis of local climate policies in the participating towns. We engage residents to create local grassroots energy communities.

The aim of the project is to promote fathers'engagement in the upbringing and care of children by raising awareness among parents and professionals about the importance of a child's bond with both parents, non-violent parenting and the benefits of shared care and parenting responsibilities.

The aim of the project is to increase the awareness and knowledge of young people and adult residents of the City of Gdansk about public participation and the benefits it brings. As part of the project, we conduct internal and external advocacy, implement a social and advocacy campaign, and organise the Gdańsk Participation Forum. We run a participation pilot in a selected district of the city and develop a Good Practice Model. Together with experts, we create a Participatory Toolbox.

This project responds to the problem of transphobia and queerphobia that is present in the Polish mainstream media. We analyse the challenges of the so called TERFism, which is widespread in Poland and in partner countries (Iceland and Norway). We are developing a positive social campaign, responding to the needs of transgender and non-binary people, which will increase their visibility and knowledge about them in society.
