Methodology and tools of service design – join us in a series of webinar

In October and November we host a series of three webinars on service design – the proposals for activities that are attractive for beneficiaries and can become the basis for new projects. The webinars will take place on Tuesdays: 17 and 24 October and 7 November from 11:00 to 12:15.

For whom?

We invite all those interested in service design methodology and tools to participate in the series, especially representatives of organisations interested in participating in the next Active Citizens hackathons we are planning in the first half of 2024.

During part 1 (17.10.2023) we will discuss:

  • how to improve the user experience using an empathy map,
  • how, with the help of archetypes (personas), to better understand different audiences.

During part 2 (24.10.2023) we will discuss:

  • how to depict the user experience,
  • how to develop the client’s path,
  • how to identify a problem worth solving.

During part 3 (07.11.2023) we will discuss:

  • creative techniques for developing solutions,
  • how to prototype and test solutions.

Register here! (the form is the same for all three webinars)

The speaker will be Noemi Gryczko – earning experience designer (LXD). The webinars will be hosted by members of the communication team of the Active Citizens – Regional Programme. She works at the Information Society Development Foundation.
