Get a travel grant and establish international partnership

A call for travel grants was launched aimed at funding the applicants’ travels to the Donor States with the purpose of establishing project partnerships under the Active Citizens – Regional programme.

Organisations interested in establishing a partnership and submitting a joint project proposal with an entity or entities from the Donor States (Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein) in the 2nd thematic call can apply for a grant to travel to one of these countries with the purpose of establishing a project partnership with a potential partner.

The second call for thematic projects within the Programme was launched on 25 January. The deadline for calls for proposals is 25 March this year at 12:00 p.m. More information about the call is here.

  • joint work on the draft of a project proposal to the 2nd thematic call,
  • in-person consultations on the details of a project proposal before submitting the proposal to the 2nd thematic call.

Maximum grant amount within one proposal: 7000 PLN (and the travel costs for 1 person for no more than 2 days cannot exceed 3500 PLN).

Length of the travel: up to 4 calendar days (excluding travel days).

Duration of activities (the period of expenditures): from obtaining a grant decision to 25 March 2022.
