On 19 October (Thursday) and 8 November (Wednesday) from 11:00 to 12:30, we will host two webinars on formal aspects related to project implementation: preparation of civil-law contracts and accounting.
We invite representatives of NGOs who want to learn how to elaborate civil-law contracts correctly and how to account for a project. We invite primarily those for whom these are new topics, especially representatives of NGOs that received microgrants for emerging organisations under the Active Citizens Fund – Regional Programme.
The speakers will be:
- Ewa Marciniak-Mikulewicz – legal counsel with over 20 years of professional experience, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the University of Warsaw and personal data protection law at the Kozmiński University. Associated with FRSI since 2013. She provides legal advisory services to NGOs and their beneficiaries and also deals with commercial law companies. She advises on a wide range of day-to-day activities, with a particular focus on intellectual property and new technology issues.
- Magdalena Ramos-Smul – involved in the non-governmental sector for almost 20 years. She has had the opportunity to work on large and small projects financed from national and European funds. At FRSI, she settles projects from the Digital Poland Operational Programme and those financed by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway from the EEA Funds. She tries to give the financial side of projects a human face. She values: the possibility to share knowledge, learn from the experience of others, and cooperate with people.
