We are presenting the Manual for Applicants and Project Promoters of Active Citizens Fund – Regional Programme that has been elaborated for teams of NGO’s that are designing, and will be implementing, intervention projects. In the Library there is also to be found the Manual for Applicants and Project Promoters dedicated to thematic projects.
The manual consists of two parts. The first part contains general information about the Programme, the rules for submitting an application, managing the project and accounting for the grant. The second part contains an extended explanation of how intervention projects are understood in the Programme, as well as descriptions of the areas of support and special focus projects that can be submitted in the calls for intervention projects.
